Seiri supports team management for collaborative monitoring and alerting.

Creating and Managing Teams

  1. Navigate to Teams.
  2. Click New Team.
  3. Enter a team name and optional description.
  4. Add team members by email (must have Seiri accounts).
  5. Assign roles (see Roles & Permissions).

Best Practices

  • Group members based on responsibilities (e.g., DevOps, QA, Product).
  • Assign minimal required roles for security.
  • Review team membership periodically.

Tip: Teams simplify assigning access to webhooks, alerts, and analytics dashboards.
