Roles & Permissions

Seiri uses role-based access control (RBAC) to manage who can view or modify webhooks, jobs, and alerts.


Default Roles

RoleDescription
AdminFull access to all webhooks, teams, integrations, and billing.
EditorCan create and modify webhooks, jobs, and alerts.
ViewerRead-only access to dashboards and event logs.

Assigning Roles

  1. Navigate to Administration > Teams.
  2. Select a team or individual user.
  3. Choose a role from the dropdown.
  4. Save changes.

Best Practices

  • Assign Admin only to trusted personnel.
  • Editors can manage webhooks without full administrative privileges.
  • Review roles regularly to maintain security.

Tip: Use Viewer roles for auditors or stakeholders who only need insights.
