Roles & Permissions
Seiri uses role-based access control (RBAC) to manage who can view or modify webhooks, jobs, and alerts.
Default Roles
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access to all webhooks, teams, integrations, and billing. |
| Editor | Can create and modify webhooks, jobs, and alerts. |
| Viewer | Read-only access to dashboards and event logs. |
Assigning Roles
- Navigate to Administration > Teams.
- Select a team or individual user.
- Choose a role from the dropdown.
- Save changes.
Best Practices
- Assign Admin only to trusted personnel.
- Editors can manage webhooks without full administrative privileges.
- Review roles regularly to maintain security.
Tip: Use Viewer roles for auditors or stakeholders who only need insights.
